The house

The House CAN FERRAN gives you the opportunity to stay in an elegant, historical Catalan stately home dating back to the XV century. The house is declared to be of local cultural interest, and is registered in the Catalogue of the Cultural Heritage of Catalonia. It is located in Puigdàlber, the heart of the Penedès, the most visited wine-growing area in Catalonia.

Can Ferran is 6 km from Vilafranca del Penedès. A twenty-minute drive takes you to the sandy beaches of Sitges and Vilanova; in just forty minutes, one reaches Barcelona or Tarragona.

The house is as a unit. It has a capacity of 12 + 3 people.

The venue is ideal for spending a few days with friends, for family gatherings, for celebrations, business meetings, to discover the wine-growing area or just to enjoy a few days away from it all.

Families with children: we provide cots, highchairs, toys and games.

Noble area

In the most historical part of the house is the oldest architectural feature: a stone staircase dating back to the XV century. Other features include: thick stone walls, high ceilings and stone arches separating various rooms.
The sitting room has areas spaces for board games, a reading corner, a table tennis area and TV.

Ground Floor

On the other side of the house, you will find the full-equipped kitchen with BBQ, a dining room, a full toilet with shower and a utility room with washing machine and iron.

First Floor

On the first floor we will find a landing leading to the bedrooms. We have 3 suites each with an ensuite bathroom and 4 more double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor space has a large garden area of approximately 2,000 sqm, a perfect place for both adults and children to unwind. You will find a small pinewood, a very comfortable salt-water swimming pool and a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy alfresco dining.
